Do not purchase your account through iTunes. After purchasing the monthly subscription, I too received the whoops unable to connect app. I called Boingo, who told me since I dont have a Boingo account to call iTunes, for customer support. Good luck fining a phone number for customer support. Im now stuck at the airport with a couple of unhappy kids for the next 8 hours. Ive emailed apple for a full refund.
