Doesnt work with AT&T hotspots with a splash screen

Review Updated 9/5/16. The first Jan 2016 app broke the app somehow and subsequent updates dont allow me to connect to the AT&T hotspots with a splash screen that I was previously able to connect to using the app. I think these subsequent updates are designed to remove/hide the bad feedback in the App Store.

I fail to connect on both a 6s and 6s+. iOS 9.5.
