Great idea, but completely buggy, zero support, danger to loose money

The product is great, however too often does not recognize the proposed hotspot. If it would always work as proposed, would be a 5 star!

Update: I tried to renew my subscription which result in an error. So finally paid for nothing, completely unuseable right now and the support cant help, iTunes themself too.
