Doesnt work properly

Aug 2013: after using the app for a month I am convinced this app is pathetic. It has never connected automatically even once even though I have switched the option on. Even manually connecting it takes multiple tries. It keeps showing error that wifi hotspot is not selected even though it is.

First of all auto login doesnt work even though I am loggied into the app. I always have to launch the application once; then ask it to connect. It gives and error message saying it is not able to. Then I have to kill the app, relaunch it and try connecting it again. In some case I have to repeat it multiple times to connect.

I have tried it on my iPhone as well as iPad and in different airports in US and Canada. The experience is the same, which means bad. In Atlanta at the international terminal F near the food court, the signal was so week that it would not connect most of the time. Even when it does, it would drop off quickly.

Not happy with this service at all. But I am going to keep it for few more weeks and see whether anything changes.
