Very bad technical service and app.

I downloaded Boingo with Apple apps. I was unable to create my account, I called Customer Service and they told me that I was supposed to be close, very close to the Hot Spots or I wouldnt get any signal, otherwise..., to cancel my account and get reimbursed! I sent three e-mails to the e-mail support, two days later, still waiting for some kind of help.
Definitely, this is not worth it, more headaches and frustration than anything.
