In Frankfurt...worked when it connected..if it connected....bit frustrating...but persist I shall..time will tell. Hope it connects faster and connects at the first two attempts..

I signed up for the app while at Gatwick airport. It worked great and super fast. I thought this would be perfect for the rest of my trip. When I arrived in Barcelona it worked in my hotel but there was wifi included anyway. Everywhere else I tried it it couldnt connect and I could only get the map of places to connect when I was connected! Seems like there is something missing here. I would recommend that you could download a list of active spots that you could save. This is not available from the mobile app that I can see. Not ideal but better than what is currently available.

Hardly ever worked at all. Did not let you know when you were near in wifi spots like it said. Paid for the $30 Europe package for a trip, used it twice. Not worth it at all.

It is hard to find wifi location without data plan in HK

This app is useless. Further more, Ive been charged $8 per month for it. DO NOT BUY THIS APP!!

This app is surprisingly useful for traveling purpose, all the major attractions in cities had a hotspot to connect. Also this apps VPN helps tourists in China break through the great firewall.

Never can get connected

A great app that allows seamless wifi connection to numerous wireless networks with one simple login process, and one simple monthly bill. I travel 150 days a year, and it has been a no-brainer for me!

Cant connect consistently at airports. Yet I am being charged consistently.

Takes multiple attempts to connect, no error message, etc. Only part that works reliably? My credit card gets billed.

Takes several trys to connect. Often does not connect at all even though there is a good signal. I will be cancelling this poor service.

they advertise free trial. was never able to connect. would not trust this product

Advertised that if downloaded you get 30 mins free wifi. That is false.

Have used this app all over the world and have saved tons of money in roaming charges because of it. Very easy to use and nice integration with iOS wifi settings.

This app is terrible!!!! Absolutely useless service and app. Tried to use it in Europe, signed up for the Europe specific plan and everything; it wouldnt connect most of the time. Waste of time and money.

Ive had increasing frustration with Boingo. It used to be great. Now when I try to connect at international airports, Boingo seems to sometimes PREVENT me from connecting. I wish theyd return to the simple, reliable, trustworthy interface they used to have. At best you now have to go through a two-step process – first connecting manually – and then connecting (if you can) thru Boingo. Surely its a trivial matter to make this a one-step (and reliable) process.

Only ever had a couple of glitches trying to log on. User for over a year.
