Continues to crash upon opening and I just signed up for the first month and this app is wasting my time and money by not working

Cant tell if this is any good. It will crash every time I try to launch it.

The app is DOA. Wont even load. Where do you go from there?

There is no point in continuing my membership as this app crashes consistently and kills the point of even having the service.

This app should get negative stars. It doesnt connect to Boingo networks you can find from the Settings menu. The latter issue has been present for some time. If I take the time to install this app and save my login info, I expect to not have to log into each network to then connect via Boingo. Also, it crashes on startup.

Worthless in Japan. Needed additional WPA2 in some areas of Japan. Those provided by Boingo did not work. I tried to connect via Boingo several times a day during my 14 day trip to cities on Honshu and Hokkaido. Never achieved a connection through Boingo.

The app will never stay open for longer than a flash. Ive tried everything and even emailed them. No help. Would be nice if it worked while Im abroad, since thats why I got it. I honestly dont know if it would be much help even if the app did work.

This product doesnt work. Not in London, not in Japan, not in Hiltons, not on ATT. It just never works. Never will connect. A worthless Amex benefit and an utter waste of time. Dont bother.

After purchasing the plan using my Apple Store Id , it wont retrieve the account to connect , tried to contact help desk but they were unable to help me, and cant get my money back

I cant give this app any stars. It simply doesnt work. I use Boingo to log into airport hotspots but the Wi-finder app is useless. It can never connect even when it finds wifi spots. I simply dont get what purpose it serves.

Every now and then after an update the whole thing falls apart it takes them awhile to adjust and correct Once its up and running its great Still it has a ways to go Keep working at it

After several attempts...I got this app to work. Hopefully the wifi is fast...

Totally worthless app... cannot detect wi-fi, does not log in even though I am logged into the app... says to turn on location services to locate nearby wi-fi even though I have location services activated and turned on for the app... total waste!!! Boing in general is not worth the money!! Even when you can find a boingo wi-fi, always struggle connecting... totally worthless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tried using this app overseas with no cell service and it was frustratingly useless. Apparently to find wifi it needs a data connection. A bit of a chicken & egg problem. Would be great if it actually helped me find wifi.

Excellent idea for the frequent flyer. Initial experienced issues with connecting, now simple, seamless connecting. Thanx Boingo! Keep up the excellent work.

Never connects, not able to find the network.

The app is too buggy. The service at Ohare is sparse. A lot of times you cant get a connection or it disconnects randomly. Boingo has to fix the app and, more importantly, the service at Ohare.

Ive had the app wasting space on my iPhone for a couple months now, and every time I do somehow remember to try and use it, it doesnt work at all. The app finds the wifi connections, tries connecting, and crashes...What crap.

Gets worse with each update. Try testing the app before releasing an update.

I would say that 3 out of 5 tries where you are within range of a Boingo Hotspot, it fails to connect. I use it mostly at airports and it just fails to deliver a connection time and time again. Look for an alternative rather than paying for an unreliable service.
