Terrible! It din’t work at all at the airport… and then I realized they kept charging me a monthly fee!!!!!!! be careful!

Traveling in Mexico with family. All other family devices are working fine, but my 3 month old iPhone 6 constantly loses connection with the wifi. On a hunch, I delete the boingo wifinder app, as its the ONLY difference I can think of between my phone and the wifes which is working perfectly. Bingo. Wifi works fine. At least it indicated which wifi to connect to at the resort...

I had install this app and after, for months, my phone could not connect to wifi from airports, hotel, etc. I would never get a "pop up" window to log in the different hotspots. I even went to talk to Mac geniuses and they could not figure it out. Even after resetting my settings, I still had issues.. Turns out it was this app that was blocking the "captive" window in hotspots to appear. As soon as I deleted that app, it started working again. Your phone will connect better to hotspots without this crappy app... Thrust me!!!

Tried to connect the in 2 different countries numerous times never happened

I joined the Boing network at Washington Dulles Airport trusting the review of this application. But when I landed JFK, theres no connection available. I cancelled the account right after back to Japan because no connection in Narita airport, too.

It is free the connection service of the wireless network? The cost of 7 dollars is the most important thing right? What kind of marketing is it? "Dont tell to the customer the cost of the month cost and lets provide the app for free?" Be careful people!

Working well

It is designed for the USA. It works very poorly in Moscow. And it was a hell work for me to stop paying their services after I was sure to be not interested anymore. They are so well protected against the e-mails from Moscow!

Service itself is good - for a $8 you have a lots of Internet everywhere. Useful! But this app needs to be online to find a spot. Developers - are you kidding? Fix it making database available offline and 5* will be wise.

The worst Wifi network I have ever seen. After I have payed 5 usd for an hour of internet it forced me to download that stupid app!!! For what reason????

This app isnt simply working. After getting started the next page is simply blank. Removed and wont use Boingo ever again. I tried for nearly one hour to have a one hour access at Heathrow but without its proprietary software I cant get online and if the software does not work this is all ridiculous. I had also to use 3G to download the app although wireless instructions said once completed registration process to go to the AppStore and download Boingo. Nonsense.

4stars be cause network coud be more dense and in some partners hotspot in London it does not work

A must have for all frequent flyers!
